1. Training Plan
- A multi-week fitness program aimed to reach an overarching goal.
- A template. Can be repeated and be sent to more than one person.
- Contains workouts that repeat each week.
2. Exercise Definition
- Reusable across all your workouts
- Can store a custom video of the exercise demo.
- Contains info like equipment info, movement plane, category (strength, agility), YouTube link
